What should I get on a first visit?

The Bigg Belly Banger, $14 — brisket and sausage on a toasted gourmet bun.

What comes on a plate?

Every plate comes with two sides. Pickles and onions are available upon request.

Can I buy meat by weight instead of a plate?

Yes. A full pound is brisket $28, ribs $25, sausage $24 or chicken $12. Half pounds are available too.

What sides are available?

Beans, potato salad and dirty rice are $4.50 each. Chips are $1.50.

Do you cater?

Yes. Catering combos start at $15–20 per person, and the $440 Bigg Pack includes 8 pounds of brisket, 6 pounds of ribs and 4 pounds of sausage. Call or text (512) 903-0714.

What are your hours?

We serve Wednesday through Saturday, 11:30am til sold out. Going early is wise because popular cuts run out.
